GROUP ACCIDENT INSURANCE
The Bar Association of the District of Columbia is pleased to extend the opportunity for you to purchase valuable, affordable Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. This plan - offered by Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company - provides coverage for accidental death and specific physical losses due to a variety of covered accidents. All members and full-time employees of members of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia who are less than 85 years of age are eligible.
The annual premium for each $1,000 of Principal Sum amount you, your spouse
