Deputy Director Barner will be sharing her thoughts on the key aspects of the USPTO's updated Strategic Plan. Ms. Barner will provide comments on how the plan will be managed and run differently than the prior plan. She will explain the USPTO's new processes for achieving the desired outcomes. Following her speech, Ms. Barner will accept questions from the audience on topics not limited to the new plan.
