  • Ability to obtain and maintain a required DOE security clearance.
  • This patent prosecution attorney position requires the candidate to have excellent academic qualifications with 4-7 years of law firm and/or in-house experience in patent prosecution.
  • Masters or PhD level education is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are needed for this position.
  • The successful candidate should have strong project, and client management skills and a proven track record of success in the patent field.
Security Clearance:
  • Position requires a Department of Energy (DOE)-granted Q-level security clearance.
