The FBADC, a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, accepts applications for grants from tax-exempt legal service provider organizations and other justice related entities to enable such organizations to provide legal representation and related direct services to poor and disadvantaged persons in the District of Columbia, with a special emphasis on the needs of children and families.

BADC's Annual Meeting & Luncheon scheduled for June 8, 2016, has been postponed to September 7, 2016, at the same time and location (The Mayflower Hotel Washington, DC from 12:00 noon - 1:30pm).
