Government, Non-Profit and Other Legal Departments
That Treat Their People Well

Achieving quality of life, particularly in these difficult economic times, is even more vital to the legal profession and the lawyer. Employers who provide quality of life for their lawyers should be recognized and nominated. New efforts, including how employers handle down-sizing, fee changes, and promotions may, or may not, apply. Lawyers who continue to achieve quality of life are urged to nominate their employers for the Award.

Nominees have found the application process to be enlightening and rewarding. Award winners have been exceptionally pleased with the Award’s effect on morale, recruitment, retention, and client satisfaction.
